Breathe in... breath out lizzypotter14 October 2 2012, 00:31:36 UTC
Okay... I need to take a deep breath. This cliffhanger is just to much for my poor heart. I know that you gave us a fair warning about the bumpy ride but... seriously? This was more than just a bit rough. Ginny is handling the situation better than Val and that is a huge improvement from her previous experiences.

I hope our boys are okay (including our loving ferret). Please don't leave us in suspense for too long because I will be biting my nails until then.

I know that this story is your precious baby, but just like you I will miss it deeply. This is one story that I had faithfully follow from the very beginning and I will be extremely when that last word get post it.

Waiting on edge for the next installment.

I think having the end in sight is making it hard to get there. For a bit, the story was flowing so fast I could hardly keep up, but now I've hit a wall, so it might take a bit longer than I anticipated to finish. But, if it helps any, I've realized I need one more chapter to do it justice. So we'll end on an even 60. ;D

Thank you for sticking with me until the end. I really appreciate your encouraging comments.

Ohhhh. Delicious cliffhanger. Delightful drama. And I love the way you dropped in Dolohov's nasty curse of his. (I do delight in a vicious and nasty antagonist.)

I can wait a couple of weeks for you to post another chapter. My nails will be gone, but it'll be worth it.

I'm trying to get these last chapters to hang together properly, so yeah, probably won't post until Nov. 1. Glad you liked it, though.

Maybe I was being overly optimistic, but I really wasn't expecting a cliffhanger like THAT. Urf. It's making my stomach churn! Poor Summers -- this is the second time he's been hit (I seem to remember his being 'near death' in an earlier chapter from some nasty curse). Can he survive being in 'stasis' for 3+ days?

Yay for the Weasley's keeping Ginny busy on that first day - but what about day 2, and day 3, and.... I would love to have heard the session with Healer Andrews about her epiphany before Harry left. Thank goodness she and Val (and Kelby) can help each other deal with what's happening.

And PLEASE tell me Harry got that mofo Dolohov with his sectumsempra before the portkey took them . Hermione of all people should be able to figure out what happened! Come ON girl!! Given that the action happened on Day 1, what has been going at base camp on during Days 2 and 3?? It really took them that long to tell Val and Ginny that the can't find their husband/boyfriend ( ... )

If I answer any of those questions, I'll spoil the next chapter. ;D Sorry for leaving you hanging like that. Next chapter will go up Nov. 1.

NOOOOOOO!!! *shouts in slow motion*

The No refers to both the fact that there is only another three chapters AND that cliffhanger!(you're sneaking in just under the 60 so congrats! I recall you mentioning something about hoping that it wouldn't go beyond 60 I think...)

I'm hoping that you do have a happy ending in mind because otherwise my head will explode!!

before that cliffy I enjoyed seeing how grown both Harry and Ginny were especially Ginny and I really liked Ginny didn't go to complete pieces when she got the news about Harry and Summers and I'm standing by that she doesn't fall to pieces come November and the next chapter.

I'm also standing by the prayerthought that Harry and Summers managed to get safely away and are just lost!

Is it November yet!?!?

Harry is a great leader! I love that he took so much time to learn who was fighting with him. Great drama and great fighting scenes. I would have thought that having Hermione in your ear would be a bit distracting. Ron was really promoted way too soon and honestly beyond his abilities. Can't wait to see what happens :)
