Cops, Congress, and SOLSTICE!!!

This week was suppose to be a nice one - nice pace, happy people, no shopping, etc.  NOPE!  Sunday night the cops kept me awake.  Apparently, two blocks away, there was an argument between 2 men and one of them ended up dead (no visible wounds - spooky!).  That meant  heliocopters, loudspeakers, and other noises guaranteed to keep me awake.
