So, Lauren's birthday day was a blast! I always try to throw a "party"........it never really dawned on me how fun it could be just to spend the day goofing off with everybody. Maybe I should do that for my birthday, and have my "party" at a later date, since I always have a party later on at some point (since some people leave for the holidays,

I dunno, Brandon is *still* not a major place. But, I do love me some cdplus........and we have a coles bookstore. I'm not sure if any of those have like, gift certificates that you can use in different provinces, but those are here, and both would be awesomely handy.

Thanks for the heads up! Have you had your b-day already, or is it still coming? Either way, hope it was/is totally fab!

Just checked the cdplus website, and it would appear that you can use the gift cards online, and there's free shipping, and I do love me some shopping online, so I would suppose that's a viable option. :)

Dunno bout the other though. I think Coles might be in a group with chapters or something. dunno though.

Urg, I feel like a jackass, keeping posting, but I get curious! Chapters.ca also sells gift cards and you can redeem them online by the looks of things. I really appreciate that you're thinking of me this holiday season, because of certain circumstances, it's kinda not looking so cheery for me. Well, enough procrastinating, off to the paper I go!
