So I have not written in a long time. A little update on me is in order I guess! I have finished my Teacher Internship program training and am happy and sad it is over. I now have more time on my hands and more experience. Things went really well though, the students really like me and so I have been able to keep one of my classes and was ( Read more... )

Your going to do 108 hours of yoga with an injured back? The nurse in me doesn't like that idea as I sit here watching spin surgery...

Ummmmm....did I say 108 hours.....oops....108 MINUTES!!!!! Does that make my little nurse feel better? I think it is kind of silly. it used to be 108 sunsalutations (which is challenging) but 108 minutes is just an hour and 48 minutes....not much longer than a regular class.......sorry that I made myself sound super human!!! :)

Be careful with that back! Good luck with the Yogathon,what a great cause! You must have had birthday on the brain cause you said you can't wait to come for my birthday. Wish you were here for that as well. Having one of my showers today at Shauna's house. I'll be thinking of you! Can't wait to see you. 14 days left till the big day!!
