oh my the mess!! hahaha :D i have yet to find the courage to do painting with the kids at home :p

Try lah - it's fun and they love it. :) How about you move an Ikea table (those plastic ones) into the toilet and they paint there for a trial session? At least the water hoses are near if the kids turn out to be messy with paints! :)

You know, I get worried during craft time during playgroup when there are paints. She usually wants to dip her fingers in there. I guess if I don't control her, her clothes would look as colourful as her chest.

oh actually Elpis is like that at home too!
When Elpis gets her hand dirty, her reaction is to rub into her hair, and then across her face!

So I am understand why Teacher keep the craft session short. heh heh

Oh how cute!! I think it's lovely that you let the kids enjoy themselves despite the mess - it enhances their creativity!

Josh has the same problem with his pants too.Some used to fit but are now loose on the waist cos he's taller but slimmer!!! And I don't know how to alter so I guess it's time to shop for new ones - such a pity cos the designs are nice !! :)

I certainly hope so. Both parents of theirs definitely do not lean towards the creative side!

Maybe you should get Josh pants with adjustable waists, those like maternity pants. Those are very good for lean and tall boys.
