Most people are choosing not to trust these people. And from what I've heard, it does seem suspicious.

I would prefer to not trust them either. If this was "help", it should have come sooner.

Or at least a message from them.

We should keep our guard up. There are too many innocent people here, and if anything were to happen we need to be prepared.
