Lachlan and I have had a few compliments on our 'Carbonara' pasta lately, and a few requests from the recipe. To be truthful, Lachlan's the one that cooks it best! :)

I think carbonara is traditionally done with spaghetti or fettucine. But any ordinary pasta will do - it's all the same stuff :)
