I'd rather share the good things with my friends in person, and leave the depressing things on my blog.
But, yeah, you have to be willing to look back on your life objectively. "Why did I write this? What state of mind was I in? Can I change that and make it more positive?"

my concern with my writing is that lately I've just been in sort of a gray mood all the time. There's not all that much actually wrong. I mean, the building I work in certainly isn't trying to poison me. Heck, I don't even have to work! My problems aren't big or important or even bad. I'm just sort of stressed out all the time and it makes me grumbly in the depressed way, not the cute pouncy grumpy kitten way.
So yeah, plus I like getting comments and I figured if I made more fun postings I'd get more comments.
It's been working, see how brilliant I am!?!?!? :D
