Busy, crazy week last week. I went to two practices since yesterday was the last competition. Had a two late nights because of it, but that was okay. So, yesterday was cold and dreary, but my little highlighters put on a good performance as did the whole band. There were some mistakes, so we were all worried. Competition season has taken over my life! But...y'all know I love it. Yesterday was the George Wythe competition. The girls did awesome in practice and did almost as well in the actual performance...the band did well too, so we were all pleased. We came in 2nd overall in class.
