The Invisible Woman

I honestly don't know what's going on.  Well, clearly I'm falling into a depression, but I don't know why.  Things are good, aren't they?  Lately though, everywhere I go, I just feel invisible.  And not in a superpower kind of way.  I've always been a bit introverted and somewhat shy, but I've never felt overshadowed before, and now I do.  Now I ( Read more... )

Engage, engage, engage!

Smile at someone passing by. Ask about an item that someone is buying when in line at the gorcery store. Ask questions - something not too obvious.

And see the doc and let him/her know. They might have some ideas. :D

Depression doesn't necessarily need a trigger. Sometimes things are going fine and even and it hits you. *hugs* As long as you feel that way, you're going to withdraw, and it's a cycle. So you need to summon up your courage and talk to someone, even if it's just engaging someone you meet at a store or on the bus or something in a conversation. I hope it helps.
