Class Update: I Think I'm Flying...
Class has been much better for me this time around. It's not because of a different instructor, any new material, or anything like that. Chef John has been great this quarter, true, but on a personal level, I feel like I'm staying on top of things. We'll Get Away With It...
Today was our big 20 mile training run at TNT offices in Grand Rapids, so my Dad and I woke up early and rolled into the office at about 6:30 AM or so. And after the past few weeks of running solo and having practically no one to talk with on the course, it felt fantastic to run without an iPod and run with human beings again ( Read more... )
