On another note, tomorrow is Midsummer's Eve. Made the tsatsiki, which if I get to say it, is kick-ass. I used:

An entire cucumber.
God knows how much Greek natural yogurt.
Two and a half cloves of garlic.
HQ gourmet salt.
Black pepper.
A splash (and maybe more) of olive oil.
