I don't think you credit the mature parts of you enough - the parts that look after your kids day in, day out and keep fighting the necessary battles with finances, exes and officialdom.

But it's good to be young in spirit if nothing else. Hold onto your youth (in both senses of the word).

Ditto what Stuart said.

I don't feel like an adult either and I'm gonna be 30 this year. I dunno if I'll ever feel like a grown up. I have no idea where I'll be in a year, for crying out loud!! You've got loads of time, you'll figure it all out in the end.

And there's nothing wrong with having a bit o' fun now and again. As long as it's careful, safe fun and all that. :P

Gosh, what I wouldn't give to have a relationship with an older woman that was going nowhere except fun land, fast.

I don't think I could handle being the older person in that relationship, though. I don't have the energy any more, and trying to keep up might kill me.

You didn't tell me you have a boy!!!

age is just a number... and you won't go bald so you won't look odd with a pony tail at any age ;)

as long as you're not embarassing your kids too much you'll be fine!!!!
