We've got a new car because the old one (a Polo that I really loved) broke down and it was going to cost £850 just to find out what was wrong with it! It wasn't even that old (only about 4 years). I can't read past the bit about the stores being quiet. It took me four hours yesterday to purchase just US$100 worth of groceries. (-_-)

I hope you have a great Christmas, in case we don't see each other, and WHAT ARE WE NAMING YOUR CAR? Malfoy? (cuz of the grey :DDD)

My cars never have names because they really belong to my parents so I don't feel attached enough to name them. Besides names suit old cars better than new ones. New ones are too much like everyone else's car. My cousin has quite an old car, which she calls David. I have no idea why. My brother is called David, but I'm sure she hasn't named it after him!

Gah.. I know. I don't name inanimate objects at all, but I had a lot of fun helping an online friend name her new car and I think it's an amusing pastime. My car certainly qualifies as a Malfoy: it's looong, silver, the most expensive model of its year. The only problem? It's too old to be Draco. Or even Lucius. x_x (It's a 15-year-old Camry, which is like 100 human years LOL)

You don't know if your cousin and your brother have a special arrangement!! 0_0

:D How's the writing going, by the by?
