TV Meme
Since I'm sitting here dying (okay, not really, but I'm pretty damn miserable), I thought this TV meme that's been floating around seemed kind of interesting. Can't promise it'll be completed or done every day, but still some of them are interesting!
Day 01 - A show that should never have been canceled
Oh man, that's a tough one. The obvious answer is Firefly, of course. Or maybe Carnivale (that freaky HBO show). But I'm going to go with Veronica Mars.
I thought this was a great show. I look forward to showing it to Grant someday. It was canceled before its time and really, it should have had at least one or two more seasons. I really recommend NetFlixing the show. Stephen King probably described Veronica Mars best: "Nancy Drew meets Philip Marlowe, and the result is pure nitro. Why is Veronica Mars so good? It bears little resemblance to life as I know it, but I can't take my eyes off the damn thing."
