Seriously. I mean it. I've been in LJ for a while now but I haven't really done anything other than hang in the shadows chilling. I can't really call it a new years resolution because I'm a month late. Still. I resolve to be more proactive with my life

I seem to have descended into a world of conformity. I used to stand out in a crowd. Dip dyed purple and black hair - home altered clothing - the whole shebang. Somewhere in my 20's I became a fake grownup. Got a responsible job as a mental health staff nurse of all things. I'm a paragon of maturity and responsibility. It's boring.
I wanna be young, creative and alternative again.

Do you have a dress code or just don't have the time? Or even the inclination?

I feel I am at the point in my 20s when I'm becoming boring, and I can't decide if I should make a last desperate attempt to be a world explorer.

Dress code at work. Out of work I never seen to have the inclination. My kinda style has been hijacked by a new generation and I'd just look like a 32 year old try hard.
