Caught Up
Haven't posted in forever. Just wanted to mark when I got caught up with several fandoms because I feel totally accomplished.
FMA:
Finished Fullmetal. OMG. As much as I love angst, I'm so glad the boys got their happy ending. As much as I was bummed that daddy!Elric freakin' DIED when he finally didn't want to and Ed accepted him, it was fitting. Roy getting out of blindness so easily also cut off much fan fiction angst at the knees, but then, he never should have paid that price. Scar's fate was surprising...that now he builds and saves his culture rather than avenge. Salim is still creepy. OMGsocreepy.
Whoa, Ed taller than Winry is weird. And what a perfect proposal from Ed! Impulsive, clumsy, and totally in context to alchemy. And how cool that the brothers are able to exist independent of one another! The Winchesters could learn a thing or two from them.
Naruto:
Getting caught up just made me realize how much I've forgotten. All the history stuff and conniving Madara does makes my head hurt. Can we go back to the kids please? Dude, Kisame vs. Guy rocked + flashback with Itachi!
Bleach:
OMG Gin! He's totally like Snape, only we still know nothing about him. And I think it's totally clever that the thing Aizen has grants wishes and that we were misled because we believed what Uruhara believed. And as much as I hope Hinomori dies, it's going to mess HItsuguya up so much. Oh god, please be okay chibi-kun!
