Here's my contribution to the fandom! Hope it's helpful.
What You'll Find
I'm consistently looking for characters written with complexity and integrity, and by extension demand development of characters and relationships be believable and organic. I'm particularly a fan of fics dealing with canon events, AUs where Sherlock and John are still detective and blogger, and fics that regardless of plot give insight or development to the relationships between characters. And I'm in the John+Sherlock Epic Bromance camp, so shippy fics tend to be First Times that really does a good job convincing me of John/Sherlock (and there are a lot of them!).

Using the list
Summaries are italicized and my comments/tags are not. Assume Sherlock/John unless other pairing noted or marked GEN. I use "First Time" to denote fics that include the realization, confession, and/or consummation of non-platonic feelings. In other words, I might denote "First Time" for a fic where one character realizes they have feelings for another even if they don't share even a kiss. "Fandom Classic" denotes fics I've seen frequently rec’ed. Starred (*) fics denote personal favorites.
