There are complaints and accusations about not being able to find people for certain jobs or that employees don't show up to work or quit too soon. Things like that. I work at a low income job because it is the ONLY one that would hire me. And I've had to cut back my hours since I have a child who requires attenetion after school.
I'm also in school.
Yeah I'm making barely above minimum wage. It's a pain in the butt- And I drive about 35 miles round trip to work twice a week.
I agree- you pay crappy money, you get crappy workers.
However- there are some who try to do their jobs well- even when they are crappy.
