but not yet.
sellers are still too "shell-shocked" and are not lowering the prices of their homes, thinking they can just "wait it out" and still get the shiny penny they thought their house was worth 6 months ago. And that means, waiting 10+ months until their house sells.
Look one of two things has got to give, the market or the sellers. And it ain't gonna be the market. At least thats what my portfolio shows =(
