Panic Attacks

I have had one today and I fought it back by using some rhythmic breathing and some Visualization. It worked but it seem that I am having a harder time putting these down. I know that my fears are irrational. but does not help my brain deal with them. I think I may go see someone(I can here jasmine say "THANK GOD!")

When you are ready and if you are interested, ask G about his lady. She is very cool and is excellent with guded imagery and anxiety. You will love her office! Plus, she is right downtown, with evening hours.

PS
G is very interested in podcasting too!

Saw someone for 3 years :) Helped a great deal! My sister had panic attacks as well and therapy helped her too - as far as I know she hasn't had anymore since. Podcast? What is that?

I do encourage you to see G's lady, if she's in our insurance plan. Otherwise, you could see my guy... or someone in that office. I can get a recommendation when I go in tomorrow, if you'd like.

Also, you don't need a script for your podcast, just an outline of your ideas should do. I can and will help with that.

I would recommend that you see someone different than your darling wife...not because it should matter, but if I was going to potentially discuss my marriage, I would want a fresh perspective.

On the podcast, I agree with Jas...you want it to be more like a radio show and less like a play.

You might want to have scripts. I go with script-ish material on my free-form stuff.
Scripts aren't bad if they help keep you focused. Steve Ely from Escape Pod uses scripts. Always.

I have an inkling of an idea for a new podcast. Similar to what we were talking about the other day, but a little bit more... erudite?

I'm thinking: "The Today's Tomorrow's Techshow."
Episode One: Wifi-RDP and you.
Why have a whole computer in your living room, when you really only need a screen?
Episode Two: Multi-touch interfaces: Who cares?
An exploration of what the experts say on multi-touch, and why you'll probably never use it.
Episode Three: The Black Hole Express
In this book I'm reading, science has gone beyond light speed, by strapping a conic black hole across the front of a spacefaring vessel, and then allowing the vessle to fall into the hole indefinately.
Episode Four: The Light Box
DIY Scienceticians have created a three-dimentional projector. The problem? It relies on a complicated series of wires inside the projection medium and a whole lot of tinkering to get the wires and the projector to line up right.
Episode 6: Your Ipod is BrokenHere are some reasons why your ipod won't make it into the next generation of ( ... )
