To be paralyzed by something that you have no control over suck. I might be having a life changing event and will not even know for probably a few days. It scares me not knowing. It scares me to find out. Silly post I know. Cryptic I know. but it it turns out to be nothing then I will feel even more silly for saying anything.

Irrational and even rational fear is a part of life. Anticipation can be cruel. Can you channel your fear into excitement? IS this potentially good news? If so, then prepare for the best. Hang in there!

Life changing events that are out of your control are hard, yes. But, take comfort in knowing that they suck less than life changing events that crept up on you while you were looking the other way and now you're just fucked.

Think of the parable about the boiling frog. You can't toss a boiling frog into a pot of boiling water, It'll jump out. But if you put it in a pot of warming water, it'll just sit there and cook until it reaches boiling.

I guess what I'm saying is, do you think the frog worries? Naw, it's just a goddamn frog,
