I am pretty sure it means kein. . . mitleid which I happened to get off some german kmfdm site maybe two or so years ago. I foget what the exact translation is, but it sounded a lot more plausible than the meaning I heard this weekend. A lot more plausible and it just seems to make sense to me that a german band would have some sort of german in their title.
