Ok....so I'm still mad! I decided to just go for it....I wrote a letter in response to my evaluation to the "Big Boss". I know...it will probably only make my life worse in the long run but hey...if they fire me now...I've got them for "retaliation"....and if not...I'm planning on quitting anyway! It gets your point across without sounding too preachy or bitter. (You almost can't see the soap-box you're standing on. ;) ) Yet it's still obvious that an great employee is feeling neglected and cast out. I like it.
