I spoke with my father the other evening. Mother wants to attend "Carmen" in Copenhagen and fortunately unfortunately, the only weekend they could get tickets for fell on family visitation. Father was almost adamant about flying out. I think he mentioned something regarding 'not wanting to see "Carmen" for the 5th time', but I told him in no ( Read more... )

We should and they are. You are not prying. Interestingly, my father is bringing me documents on the very subject you mentioned. It seems this merry dance may lead me overseas and I require legal documents to bypass the international banking security. Hopefully they will be in my hands by the end of the month.

Since your parents are not visiting you in your incarceration, you would be welcome to join us for dinner.

Aa. I suppose this means you will be missing some classes shortly. Depending on where you travel to, might I ask if I can come along?

If I am not imposing, that would be fine.

It is likely and I would doubtless enjoy the company.

You are not. My father enjoys his conversations with you, even if your views are not entirely ... concurrent. Both my parents expressed their remorse at your grandfather's passing.

When you find out the destination, let me know.

That is what makes the conversations enjoyable. Serious intellectual talks are always stimulating and help us far more than current lessons. Aa, thank you. I'll tell my parents.

(ooc: I assume the same is true of Atobe meeting Tezuka's parents.)

Tezuka! I understand Yanagi-kun is unwell. Would you like to join Ohtori-kun and myself for dinner while he recovers?

I do not wish to impose.

I doubt that's possible, Tezuka-sama, you are quite welcome to join us. Do you have any particular requests for dinner? And I can bring you breakfasts fairly easily as well, if you will tell me a time that you wish them by.

I'm sure whatever you fix would be fine, Ohtori. As for breakfast, I can manage on my own.
