so far my previously mentioned changes have been going much more smoothly than i thought they would. some even unexpectedly better than than the others. sorry to be so vague about it. i'll give a full update once everything is in full motion

I'll be thinking about you and your dad. I know it gets very weird when you realize your parents are getting older.

I'm waffling between going to work and staying home today myself. I feel like utter hell and have a fever. At least you have company there. ;)

And, the whole parents getting old thing is one of the things that weighs heavily on my mind and it really has me down. Every time I go home for the holidays I see how they are progressively getting weaker mentally and physically. It is extremely hard to see them whither away and transform into faded shadows of whom they once where. :(
