See, this is what I was talking about. In my sleep, I touched something vast and foreign. I wasn't able to even comprehend whatever it was I felt, but I know SOMETHING is using this city like an action figure set. We're all toys in some higher entity's game...

And I REALLY don't like it!

A higher entity? You mean maybe that's where the barrier came from?

But why wouldn't it have done anything before now? It hasn't stopped us from restoring the city and from Iji and I taking out the crime rings...

It's letting us do what we want for now, but if we try to do something drastic, like blow up the city, something will stop us...
