Oddly, it is the game at number 10 that seems the most interesting to me. I would like to play as Carmelita (just because she looks awfully cute) but it seems she is not playable often enough. The Internet claims that the game is not very challenging; for me that is a plus. And, Arunjeet is willing to lend me his 'Shadow of the Colossus' if I procure a PS2. :)

Ah, Arunjeet is kanjoos. If you procure a PS2, Shadow of the Colossus is avaialable for 50 bucks in Palika. That does not mean I am magnanimous and will lend you mine real soon.
You should try the Sly series, yes. Carmelita is the cop who follows Sly all the time, and since this story involves her in the adventure, she gets to do a few levels. But if you find her cute, you're likely to enjoy playing as Sly and seeing him play his romantic tension/cops and robbers game with her.
