Sprint is not a very smart cell phone company. Their customer service seems to make every little problem a huge crisis. Which is what is happening to my cell service right now

Oh my mother and I intend to switch over come the end of this contract in Nov 09. We were already looking at Verizon as the most likely candidate.

Because it wasn't a choice. My phone would have stopped working after October 1st. I "live" in the area of NM now covered by 575.

My phone is now working with th 575 area code now. Yay finally!
