Read-along Harry Potter (part 7)
Now we come to the REALLY EXCITING part of the book! I agree with blahflowers that Chapter 28 was the turning point and it's all super-super-amazing from here to the end! :)

Chapter 29
Sunday 22/07/2007 19:40. GO NEVILLE! You absolute superstar! I love you! I love Dumbledore's Army!! I bet they're going into the Room of Requirement.
19:45. Oh, this is so much fun! Back in Hogwarts, with all the old faces and a proper little resistance going on. I feel so proud of them all!
19:50. Oh for goodness' sake, Harry, of course you can tell people! It was stupid to believe that you couldn't in the first place! Didn't your little chat with Aberforth make you realise that?!
"Seamus gave a great roar of delight and ran to hug his boyfriend" - oh wait, is that not what it says? ;)
19:55. Ravenclaw's diadem? Not tiara? There was once a tiara in the Room of Requirement. Harry placed it on a bust's head, to help find the Potions book. Could that be it?
Haha! I love the Ravenclaw entry system!
20:00. Uh oh! Caught by the Carrow! I guess Voldemort's on the way! They should have a few minutes though, right? Even Voldemort can't Apparate straight into Hogwarts. Can they get back to the Room in time, if they Stun Alecto?
Chapter 30
Sunday 22/07/2007 20:35. "The Sacking of Severus Snape" - sounds intriguing! Are Snape's true colours finally to be revealed? I don't believe Snape can possibly be good, allowing all that to go on in the school. Anyway, as someone's LJ icon said: "Snape, redeem yourself - or die!" - i think the time for redeeming is long gone now. Maybe we'll find that Snape is a spineless coward who has played both sides off against each other, but ultimately is only looking out for Number 1. I'd still like to find out which side McGonagall is on.
I was thinking whilst washing up, it's a shame there are no Slytherins in the DA. The Sorting Hat said all houses should unite, and i think that would be lovely. Maybe if even only one Slytherin comes to help ... one called Draco Malfoy ...? Anyway, let's see how Harry and Luna get out of this latest catastrophe!
20:40. Brilliant! Here comes McGonagall! Oh dear. McGonagall has an answer for the door. When did McGonagall become such a Ravenclaw?!
20:45. Aha! Voldemort thought Potter might come to the Ravenclaw common room! That's a pretty big clue for the Horcrux, no? Oh, go, McGonagall! Yeah, i'm starting to drop my Evil McG theory now!
20:50. Oh dear. More unforgiveable curses. Looks like Harry's Crucio worked properly this time. Harry's seen a lot in two years, and been given fuel for a lot of hatred.
Blimey, McGonagall, you and all with the Imperio? Isn't that just stopping to their level?
At last Harry sees sense and comes out with the truth to someone. I'd rather it not be McGonagall, but then again, if McGonagall does help, it could be the best decision Harry made in the whole book!
"We teachers are rather good at magic, you know" - that line has got to be in the film!! Followed by a fast piece of music driven by lots of timpani drums, i expect!
20:55. WOW! The last time we saw a duel like this was between Dumbledore and Voldemort!
21:00. Oho! "The time has come for Slytherin House to decide upon its loyalties" - Oh Minerva, how could i have suspected you? You're doing great now!
21:05. OLIVER WOOD!!! I have just been completely engulfed with happiness! Of all the possibile links to Book 1, this is about the best!
Awww, and Percy. Oh, there's going to be such a make-up coming later!
21:10. Yeah! Ron and Hermione have thought of the Chamber of Secrets! But only Harry can open it! Go on Harry! And you'd better hope Fawkes comes to bring you out again! Or take a broomstick, that could work! Or a really really powerful Levicorpus?!

Sunday 22/07/2007 Professor Snape has done a bunk! Everyone cheers! I am laughing my head off here! This is so brilliant!
Why do i suddenly have the feeling it's going to be a full moon tonight? Something about the back cover of my book ... a big bright moon coming out from behind some clouds ...? And Remus is going out with groups of students into the grounds? Hmm.
Oh Harry, hurry up and go to that girls' bathroom!!
21:25. I really think this diadem might be the tiara in the Room of Requirement. But it doesn't seem a very safe hiding place, when so many people go in there to hide things. Anyway, the Room is busy being an escape route just now.
21:30. Oh, finally! Harry has remembered the bust, the wig and the tiara! That's going to be so much fun to re-read in Half-Blood Prince one day! You had it right in your hand!
Oh right! Go Neville! It's great to see so many people working together, all using their best skills.
Oh Ron! You just went and taught yourself how to speak Parseltongue? I suppose only one word was necessary: the word Harry used on the locket: "Open"!
So now the cup is destroyed!
21:35. Aww, bless Ron for remembering the House Elves. I had forgotten. Careful with those Basilisk fangs, Hermione!
21:40. I think Tonks knows that Remus could transform at any moment. There's something ominous about this desperate search.
21:45. Oooh, maybe this magical fire will destroy the Horcrux anyway!
21:50. Oh my gosh. Harry's saving-people thing even extends to Draco, Crabbe and Goyle! You lovely, sweet, adorable person. Always wanting to see the good in everyone!
"Malfoy was screaming and holding Harry so tightly it hurt" - oh dear, i have read too much fan fiction. I'll say no more.
21:55. Oh no. That's Fred gone. How many more before this fateful night is over? At least there's only one Horcrux left to destroy ... oh and that Elder Wand to deal with ...

22:10. I am so sure this is going to be a trap. I dunno what Voldemort has planned but it's not going to be good.

22:15. "Are you a wizard, or what?" - a direct echo of the climax of Book 1! Is it all going to play out the same? Ron to fall, Hermione to encourage Harry all the way to the end where Harry must go on alone?
Good on you, Harry, stopping to think. But what alternative is there?
And, by the way, why does Voldemort need Snape? It sounds strangely reminiscent of when Dumbledore needed Snape.
Voldemort: no remorse.
22:20. Oh gosh! Maybe Snape isn't quite dead yet. Maybe if Harry kills Snape, then the Elder Ward will be for Harry! This is such an alchemy theme - the turning to gold! But can Harry do it?!
22:25. Ugh! What is this yucky silvery-blue stuff?! Essence of Snape?!
