[OOC] A Very Cobra Christmas
Unlike last year, Cobra will be sending people presents. Only negative CR gets homemade stuff because well...you probably don't want Cobra making you things.
Positive CR:
Jango gets a Rain Dance TM because dancing, Jango...okay, Cobra couldn’t think of anything better and it's actually kind of useful?
Izaya gets a few notebooks, pencils, etc to help with information gathering.
Kimblee gets a Sludgebomb TM because it has the word bomb in it and Cobra thinks it might be useful.
Archer gets a Flamethrower TM because it’s the closest thing Cobra could find to a military weapon.
Gorthan gets a Dubious Disc with a note saying it might be useful to his research. Cobra has no idea what it does , but it sounds scientific, and the guy at the department store said it had to do with Pokemon.

Yayoi gets a note threatening to deal with her and her crab. Permanently.
Asura gets a box with a layer of Stun Spore at the bottom.
Riku gets a Paralyze Heal with a note saying "Next time your Pokemon won’t recover so easily!"
America gets a box full of spikes from Skarmory.
If I forgot anyone he should be sending things to, just let me know.
