[Offensive subjects] Well, Orochimaru here is thirteen, so no smut unless he's just walking in on other people and leaving the room immediately embarrassed. Otherwise, go ahead.

[What's okay to mention around him/her] Well, talking about his dead parents would be a total jerk move, but it's not a forbidden subject.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] He's very pale, and is a parselmouth. Orochimaru has a grass snake (she's harmless) named Manda who will sometimes hide herself in his clothing because she likes warmth.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] For legillimency - ask me first. If it's for a plot reason, I'll more than likely say yes. Just check first. For strikes/wards, more than likely not unless your character's a genius at getting past those. He's a bright boy with issues who doesn't want to share those issues with people. You can bet that he makes an effort to keep things private. Ask me first if your character is just that good.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Sure. He'll retaliate and he's not stupid enough to fall for obvious pranks, though.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] If it's something that won't require an overnight stay (or longer) at the infirmary or being transferred to St. Mungo's, go ahead. Otherwise, ask me first. Also, please give him a chance to react - don't autohit multiple jinxes.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Flirting, hugging, kissing, touching him on the shoulder/arm, etc. - yes. More sexual than that - no. Also, he won't really like the touchy feely stuff much. He will tolerate it better if it's coming from a friend he's known for a while.
[Anything else?] He's trilingual - English, Japanese, and Parseltongue. He's working on Gobbledegook (goblin language) because it's good to know the language of the people who handle your money.
