Glad to hear from you. :) It's been a while.

I can't say I'm back, but I'll make the effort to drop by once in a while.

First off, glad to be hearing from you. Hope you're doing ok.

As for Draco, I'm really tempted to write Gryffindor!Scorpius/Slytherin!Lily.

But I think of all your points, I agree with the Dark Dumbledore the most.

Anyway, glad to see you.

Nice to know you're still here.

As for Draco, I'm really tempted to write Gryffindor!Scorpius/Slytherin!Lily.

LOL

Me too. I'm sure JKR knew what she was doing when she had Ron make that "But don't get too friendly with him either" comment to his daughter. :D

So there are two possible pairings I see: Scorpius/Lily and Scorpius/Rosie. Talk about love triangles... :D

yeah, I totally thought several parts of the book were fanfiction-- didn't seem like she was writing the book herself, just copying from some fandom authors. Nonetheless, glad you enjoyed the book :-)

I admit that's a possibility. Rowling apparently doesn't read fanfiction, but if I were in her shoes, it would be hard to resist the temptation. ;)

Glad to see you (kinda) back! We missed you!!!!!! :D

and I will totally admit that I had the perpetual niggling bit in the back of my brain, wondering which fandom you'd moved to

Anyhow, I hope you're doing better IRL - you definitely had a whole heap o' worries on your plate last time. ;)

Star Wars. But I'm not active in the community by any means. I just write there sometimes.

I'll have another heap of worries on my plate when I resume college at the end of this month, but for now, I'm OK. :p

STAR WARS?!?!?!?!?!?!?! *is ded* Lollers, I'm over on the Trekkie side (though that's one fandom I'm not gettin' ANYWHERE near!) XD

Good luck! I'm looking forward to taking over just about all the hours and cooking at Teh Job, which is great - first getting new wheels, but I should be heading back to school by no later than the fall of '09. Yay for lives moving forward, look out, world! :D

LOL I'm not even interested in sci-fi. I'm interested in politics and spirituality, and SW combines the two.

I have to laugh at your comment about the R/Hr romance. As soon as I set down the epilogue, I went, "huh..." and then started ret-conning that part. In my head, she's already divorced from Ron and available for certain other parties who I thought might die and then didn't. The epilogue was my least favorite part of the book, but overall I loved it.

Glad to see you again!!

Yep, same thing here. The epilogue was too short and raised too many unanswered questions, IMO.
