It's been a fact that my neighbors are always extremely loud. EXTREMELY LOUD. Whether they're having a party, just playing music loudly, or letting their child cry and scream right down the vent into my apt.. they're just always fucking loud. Tonight they were the loudest they've ever been

I second the welcome invitation. Harmony's moment occurred when she called the cops on some kids "gallivanting" through her yard. Yeah, she told the cops kids were gallivanting. :)
