English Muffin Bread
English Muffin bread is a no kneed bread. So the dough is stupidly sticky. I whipped up the dough and put in pans. Two 8x4 pans and one 9x5 pan. I let it rise for the time recommended, while it did rise which mean Yay! i didnt kill the yeast, but it didnt rise as much as I was expecting. Though it did pretty much double in size. Dinner Adventure
The original plan was to go to dinner at Applebee's then head to Cold Stone. Well we only half successful. While eating dinner a new storm rolled in. I escaped the Northern most suburb of Chicago this weekend.
