English Muffin bread is a no kneed bread. So the dough is stupidly sticky. I whipped up the dough and put in pans. Two 8x4 pans and one 9x5 pan. I let it rise for the time recommended, while it did rise which mean Yay! i didnt kill the yeast, but it didnt rise as much as I was expecting. Though it did pretty much double in size. I cooked it
