Armoured calisthenics

This is me doing some push-ups, squats, star jumps, sit-ups and burpees, wearing late 15th century style medieval armour (full plate leg harness, full plate arm harness, gauntlets, riveted mail standard, steel brigandine on the torso, & a cotton & wool arming doublet underneath). Mine? Not really, though Moore's isn't entirely dissimilar (generic educated British, but not upper class; not strongly regional). He is mostly a southerner, so though neither of us has a strongly regional accent, his will be weakly southern as mine is weakly northern (notable in the way we pronounce words like bath and dance, I expect).

The only bit I could make out clearly was the "starjumps?", and it sounded broadly similar.

Picking accents can be hard, but there were points of similarity there.

Anyway, I have Dr Who to re-watch.

/How can we convince Alan Moore to plot an episode? If not co-write?
He'd be in it, wouldn't he?
