Repeat of the workout (and warmup) as of 30 October:

As many reps as possible of 1-hand 1-pood kettlebell swings, changing hands as necessary, in 4 minutes: 127. Big improvement on 90 (30 Oct). Still plenty of room for improvement. I've been doing more lifting and met-con stuff this last month or so, and ( Read more... )

Aha! No, it is not. I couldn't hate you, any more than I could hate the protagonist of an Iain M. Banks novel, which is one of the things you always remind me of, even if you had just regretfully destroyed an entire civilisation of which I was quite fond.

It is because you are not on my Exercise and Diet filter, though I can easily enough rectify that. For some reason (I suspect post-workout fatigue) I didn't filter this entry.

I only say 'em 'cos they're true! I know that all that stuff SC put in your brain when they recruited you would let you detect any mendacity on my part.
