Wow, that sounds so awesome!! I'd never heard of the IAFA but after going to their website I really want to like, go to their conferences - they sound so cool!! :) They'd be crazy not to jump at the chance for a panel on Twilight.
I'd never heard of IAFA either. But they're really plugging it here. Plus, its in Orlando. Like, 3 weeks after my spring break. So, not only can I go somewhere fun for break, but I can go to Orlando for 4-5 days at the end of March.
Plus, if I'm really pro-active (and get accepted) I can get my uni to fund the trip. Which would just be all sorts of awesome. :)
Hellz yeah NCSU better pay for it. Its in my grad-school handbook. They say they have a limited amount of funds for students who attend conferences. Although, I should perhaps get accepted to the conference first, no?
Stomach is still all sorts of wonky. Hopefully sleep, real food, and lots of water will flush out anything icky in there. Because I do not want to have a wonky stomach on a plane ride. (Note: don't eat plane food.)
I... I can't remember when your flight is. But since it seems like we won't have a chance to hang out before, I'mma ask a favor via LJ (lame). Would you pick up a British paperback edition of HP 2,4,5,or7 for me? Lol, I'm probably going to ask every time you go to England until I have the full set :P I'll pay you back for it~
On a related note, Jill bought a copy of Philosopher's Stone for me in Ireland. In Irish. I can't read it, but is that frickin' awesome or what?
