When I go to the store and see the Michael Jackson hagiographic commemorative issues of magazines, I can't tell how much he's been modified in Photoshop, and how much of that is just his cosmetic surgery.

Most of the time it's easier to make changes in real life than in post production. Other times, like MJ, not so much.
