Rita I have most of the engine designs finished if you want to go over them. I think I can see around the mana conversion problem, at least to an extent. It'd have to use a dual power source, but I think if we tweak it, it should be stable. I want your opinions though ( Read more... )

Good. I've done some progress by applying some of your fontech basics, but I figured it'd come down to this in the end.

Come on over. I'd like to see your designs. [Not just to check them over (because a good scientist always does) but because, well, Guy's really good at this and she's pretty fascinated by what he comes up with.]

I still think a single fuel source is possible, but I haven't made any progress on it.

[She just nods; she doesn't need to tell him to let himself in and come to the study.] Okay. Depending on the design, a single source could handle the appropriate power distribution...but it might not be enough. We'll have to figure out just how much it'll require.

If we're designing it to be compatible with your own powers, it'd be better to try for a single source, right? That way there's less room for complication. Though a back-up engine wouldn't be a bad idea.
