80/20 is a modular framing system - aluminum struts that can be quickly assembled into grids, boxes, and other structures, sort of like an Erector Set for industrial applications.  That's pretty cool.

But what's cooler is the mechanical construct they showcase on their front page as a demonstration of the kinds of things you can build with their stuff: a robot that plays Guitar Hero.

It gets 99% on Cult of Personality on Expert, which is (ahem) several percent better than I can do.  Freakin' robots.  First they took our jobs, now they're taking our games.

Extra Bonus Timewaster: Unistrut is a similar kind of modular framing system, only it's heavier-duty and has been around longer.  They too have movies on their website.  Check out this two-minute "About Unistrut" video with its exciting 80's music and graphics!  And don't miss this twenty (!) minute movie from 1950 (!!) by Disney (!!!).  The other videos on that page provide a nice technical overview of how their modular systems can be assembled into various structures, and are actually pretty neat... if you're into that kind of thing.
