In Supernatural canon Michael is the third most powerful creature in the universe (at least until Season 6) so he needs a permissions post so I can know what's okay to do and know. I'd appreciate it if you could fill this out for me.

[Can he know your character's name before being told?]Sure: she may be suspiscious, but he wouldn't be the first 'non-human' that she's met.
[Are your character(s) human or something else? Can he sense it?] Sonya's human, but a Chosen Warrior where she's from: all that means is that her soul is guarded and can't be stolen or enslaved (not while she's still living).
[Can he know about your character(s) history by looking into their eyes? If yes then how much? (You can just give me a link to their app if you're okay with him knowing all of it.)] He could, but she'd be able to 'feel' him doing so-and she wouldn't thank him for that. It's headcanon that Sonya has some 'moderate' ability to be able to block people from reading into her head, but given Michael's origins she wouldn't be able to restrain him.

Mercy: She's a walker and can turn into a coyote at will. Gabe knows, so feel free.

No but for real you can do anything you like to Mary, and as you know (♥) you're especially encouraged to be mean to her, even if Michael doesn't ~intend to be. Traumatize her all you like. Ruining her life (and/or vision of John) will be rewarded with candy.
For Chuck, you know how it goes. His visions are currently shut off (but will turn on soon after Jinx goes pop) and when they do come back, they'll be fucked up and distorted from what they used to be- sometimes broken up, sometimes visions of things in the past, sometimes nonsensical or, say, a forty minute dream about a woman in Sector 10 making soup. There will still be real visions- visions going up to Crowley's canon point and some degree beyond, for a while. Right now, while the visions are off, Michael could probably sense that they... are not coming back for love or money. Dream himself is blocking them, who is a power much much bigger and badder than an archangel ( ... )
