Installment Two....
First you remove the old packing so your arm is like this and take a shower (sorry, no shower pictures)....
Put a 50/50 mix of hydrogen peroxide and water in said wound...
Then you take a sterile swab and clean out the wound... you have to get it good...
Now you get a strip of wound packing gauze...
And with the non-swab end of the swab you start pushing it into said hole...
Until it is pretty much full...
Then wrap place a telfa pad over the wound and wrap it with a cotton roll.... you are done til tommorow!
