I managed to catch up on episodes 1 and 2 thanks to the magic that is the internet ::pats computer:: and didn't forget to watch the 3rd ep yesterday on tv. Go me.

I like the episodes so far. There are some things that could be better, but in general it has the potential to be a really cool series. I think I'll try to keep track of it for a while.

Have you ever seen Relic Hunter? It's a bit like that. Only different. It's about a research team in the archeology department at a university. They work on dig sites and all kinds of really exciting things happen. I think that's the best I can do for now, since I've only seen 3 eps of it.

Oh one thing, there is this underlying mystery thing going on - which is the main reason why I think this could turn out to be really good. If they properly develop that underlying mystery and work some more on their characters, this would be a very good series.

I think if you don't think too hard about some of the scientific accuracy and just enjoy it as a light hearted romp then it's okay.

I was hoping for something a little more challenging though :)

Yeah, there's probably a thing or two to say about their 'method' of research... I do like the stories though, they're pretty solid, it's just the manner in which they're displayed that's lacking.

To be honest, if someone dangles a bit of history in front of my nose, they have my attention. And the rest doesn't seem to matter that much anymore. I guess that explains why I've been watching series such as Xena, Hercules, Relic Hunter, etc.

What is Bonekickers? I saw Amanda posted about that too. And my Prey torrent is at 0.5%, so I don't think I'm much help. I ahve to turn off the comp when I'm out of the house b/c it overheats without the AC, so I've been leaving it to dl at nite.
