(I've never felt I was spamming a comm with fic before, unless one counts drabble_trade. >_> A quick glance at the comm shows that my pairing has appeared in tags 43 times, and I'm already directly responsible for four of those and indirectly responsible for one more.

hi there~ so i'm back hehe. anyway, what i meant to say was that i really like the way you wrote the characters out; they're both very distinct, and i can see how joon might view doongie in this kind of sense. i love how there's mutual understanding between them and therefore they can challenge each other, or themselves, yet still be sure that at the end of the day, the other will be there. did any of this make sense? lol i'm sorry!

anyway, this was awesome, good job!:)

XDD And yeah, this is one of the first pairings I've shipped that wasn't in some way dysfunctional -- as in, I suppose they could be dysfunctional separately (not saying they are, just that I could see it as a possibility, especially with Joon), and I think they could have dysfunctional relationships with other people (Joon with his clinginess and 140 phone calls, Thunder with his sometimes unconditional acceptance -- have you seen the latest ep of Hello Baby? Totally don't think he should have cuddled Leo there before getting him to understand that hitting Lauren was wrong, though of course the cuddling was cuteness overload), but according to my understanding of their characters -- which may be way off, who knows -- I think they'd be good for each other as a couple, that they're probably already good for each other as friends.

This time he is the one to press up against you on the sofa where you're recovering from another week of hellish scheduling, and at first you think he's just going to stay there as he sometimes does, stealing warmth from you, he says, though that's just his way of being tactful, but then there's a rustle, and the cold tip of his nose poking into your ear, then a kiss, gently, on the dip of your neck below. His hair tickles against your skin. When he withdraws you see his eyes dart to the side, his shoulders bunched to pull away, poised on flight.

This is just beautiful and how do you do it? I loved it, every moment of this and all your other hundred-and-one joondoong stories. They are all too precious. You write well and thanks for sharing this :)

Lots of others read your fics don't they? I really like how you use more sophisticated words and not make the fic sound like a word dump. Some writers try to be too sophisticated and the fic ends up sounding weird.

But you do it beautifully my friend (and you update regularly, so hurrah!). The previous joondoong you shared (superman has left the building I think?) was so heartbreaking. Ah I'm joon-biased so joon being kind of self-centered in that fic was sad :( I really hope MBLAQ never disbands on those terms.

And I didn't mean Joon to be particularly self-centered in that story! My friend and I were discussing what he might have meant in that interview where he said he was betrayed last year, and we were wondering if management screwed him over by arranging MBLAQ's schedule so that he had to give up the TV show in which he was supposed to star. I think that would have been what prompted him to break off -- not so much selfish personal ambition as the inability to trust in the company anymore.

I started the story about two weeks back, when they were all looking tired and Joon was just kind of quiet and blank-faced when not smiling for the cameras (yes, I watch half hour radio shows were I can't understand a word just to examine their expressions *rolls*), but he seems a lot more cheerful now! So one can hope that he was just exhausted, and is now getting more rest. :)

i forgive you NEARLY EVERYTHING FOR THIS. ugh, ugh, the picspam, MY HEART. i want to be coherent...let me try--

the thing i love most about joon/thunder is that i think they have a dynamic that WORKS--unlike akame, i add unnecessary, who were so mismatched that they couldn't move without hurting/annoying each other--joon is talented and ambitious but at the same time insecure and actually gives a damn, thunder concerned and quiet and pliant and reassuring--to the people he cares about.

i personally have always thought that there was something pretty tough behind thunder's mildness, though? he's not the kind who doesn't know what's going on, or have an opinion about it.

but i love your thunder here, ugh, patient yet ever so slightly elusive, MAKING EXCEPTIONS FOR JOON. who does, btw, have a HEARTBREAKING smile.

you make me want to write you a ficlet about fanservice.

Oh, I totally agree that Thunder's actually quite tough -- as in, you won't get him to do something he really doesn't want to do? He won't make a fuss about it, just quietly avoid it. If this story were written in Thunder's POV it would be very different. XDXDXD

I totally think he looks like that sometimes! If you look at the effects, though, he's the one making the other members call for pizza because he's too shy to do it himself, and there's that Twitter pic where Seungho's cooking noodles for him -- you actually don't see him getting pushed around much if at all. *g* (Well, except by Joon, according to Mir. *rolls*)
