Just a little post to say that I recently bought my ticket to the Sirens Fantasy Conference, so I am DEFINITELY going and now I'm semi-actively planning the vacation. (SO EXCITED. It's my first-ever grownup completely alone vacation

do you remember my roommate Stacey? She currently lives in Portland. You could take a taxi in and then rent a bike for the time you're there... That would probably be the way to do it!

Yes, I remember that Stacey lives out there! But I forgot that Portland is probably a bike town. I am concerned about my ability to bike from one end of town to another...I should get a guidebook or something. But that makes more sense than renting a car!
