Bad Luck Strikes With A Vengeance
It's Friday the 13th.
First I woke up very late with a killer neck ache and had to miss breakfast. I also lost my glasses, so I was pretty much BLIND!
Then after I arrived to campus, I was gonna buy breakfast but their ATM was out of order! D:
Lady: Here says "Out of Order" can't you read a sign?
Me: ... I lost my glasses, so not really.
So I had to run out to the nearest ATM machine and run back to the cafeteria.
I also had to do an assignment (our interwebs went nutters so I couldn't do it at home) and went to the library.
Then I went to print the assignment and after succeeding, MY CHEMISTRY BOOK WAS NOT WITH ME! D:! (it's $100 value)
I ran around the library checking to see where the hell had I left it, but it was GONE! So I called everyone I know from class asking if they'd seen it but it was useless. Then I ran up to the 4th floor (Chemistry class' there) because those darn elevators take far too long to do, well, ELEVATION!
D: And the classroom was LOCKED!
Then I absentmindedly touched my neck and... D: MY PEN DRIVE WAS GONE AS WELL!
So I ran down the stairs to the library and checked all of the computers!
Me: "OH NOES!!1 T_T"
Librarian: ... Do you need something?!
Me: I ran like crazy looking for my book, and I think I left my pen drive here.
Librarian: Was it a big science book?
Me: ! YES! It's a green chemistry text book!
Librarian: I saw it lying there unattended and stored it here. And was your pen drive a cruzer?
Me: =O ZOMG YES! Tis mah pen drive! Thankies book-lady!
...
And because of that whole incident, I missed the class where I had to hand in that assignment. D:
After I told the story to the professor he said: "You should become a novelist..."
Me: BUT IT'S TRUE! I'm just cursed today! T_T
Prof: Or insane...
Me: THAT TOO! D: Not a very good combination, if you ask me. >_<;
D: And then I had a free period which I used to post this now.
I can't wait for the insanity that must await me for the rest of the day.
Well... on the bright side, at least I didn't lost my book and pen drive and the professor accepted my "far fetched story" because: "It must've taken so long to come up with that, so I'll overlook your cutting class for now..."
So yup, this day's been so crazy that I'm still hoping to wake up from it. xP
