Make a list of things you enjoy, even when no one wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it in your journal and then tag some friends and ask them to post theirs.

1. Reading (No one is surprised...)
2. Listening to radio or hoarded j-music cds.
3. spacing out
4. 'dooding'
5. Channel surfng the web
6. Trying to sketch anime characters (which does end up with myself frustrated half the time, but...)
7. Chatting idly online with people I'm familiar with
8. Daydreaming baby plots for stories
9. watching or reading manga
10. Watching tv with sibs (and us all making commentary, though we rarely do that)

Summer has been lazy. Our family has realized an addiction to cotton-candy (In a little six pack buckets!) And its surprisingly difficult to stop eating sugary fluff. Is there moral in that somewhere?
