I'd like to hear your reasoning for staying/your reasoning for coming back before giving my opinion. On a purely selfish basis, I do miss you and would love to see you back here!

Wow... descision time! I can't imagine what its been like to live their for three years already!

I think I like Christmas better as a Santa Holiday, eating yummy cakes and having an excuse to give friends nice things without it being too too manditory. *^^*

the selfish answer: get your ass back stateside.

(i don't know what to call this one, so i'll call it) the other answer: this has been an amazing opportunity for you, and if you're still enjoying it, then run with it.

it's up to you... how ready are you to be home?

Well, depends on you... if you're enjoying yourself and the whole experience, then you should stay.

But, you know... yeah. You should come back to the States so we can hang out. Even if it's just for the holidays or something.

Wow! Another year in Japan. Sounds like a plan. Hope you call or
write your mother who had to go to the emergency room with walking
pneumonia on the edge of death alone in her apartment on crutches.

I heard she really loves you & is so proud of your progress with the
language. She must really be something to not even think of putting
her only son on a guilt trip about her situation in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Lots of others mothers would have worn that into the dirt.
You really do have the coolest family!
