Illustrations related to "Shadow Takes All"
First off, Shoeshine Swing, the illustration I submitted to for the Reverse Big Bang round at fmabigbang...
Since the fic is posted, I didn't want to make you all wait any longer, but I don't feel I have a lot to say about this (anymore at least)...
I had a sort of agonizing time deciding what kind of illustration I ultimately wanted to make and submit.
I had a lot of fun with the small details of this.
Now, after checking that out, you should go hit up the wonderful fic kyofujimiya wrote using this as the initial inspiration- Shadow Takes All! (you'll see where my picture comes in pretty quick)
There are spoilers for the fic in these pictures!
I feel bad that nothing elaborate in the way of illustration really cohered because I really like the fic Kyo wrote and I also really appreciated the fact that I drew something unusual and might have appealed mostly just to me as the basis of a fic and someone still wrote about it!
I suppose these drawings could be taken as indication of what part of the story struck me the most- the interactions between Ed and Kimblee.
